  • Is Reaper Inn exclusive to USAF pilots only?
    • No. Although Reaper Inn hosts extended stay for military aviators during their training TDY, we are also renting to folks traveling through the city of Alamogordo that needs a place to stay for a night or two (pending room availability).

 

  • How do I make a reservation?
    • You can send us a text message or give us a call at 575-479-7173, or you can send us an email at reaperinnllc@gmail.com. You can also send us a message through our Facebook page or Airbnb page.

 

  • What is the minimum number of nights I can stay?                                                                                           
    • Tenants may reserve a room for a minimum of one-night stay.

 

  • Is there a deposit fee?
    • A $200.00 deposit fee is charged for long term tenants. It will then be deducted from the first month’s rent.

 

  • Is there a pet-fee?
    • Reaper Inn caters to tenants and their furry companions, however, we do charge a $200.00 pet-fee. $100.00 of of this fee is refundable based on the cleanliness of the premises.

 

  • When is rent due?
    • For long-term tenants, billing invoices are sent on the first day of the month and is due by the end of that month. For Airbnb tenants, payment is due at the time of booking through the Airbnb website or app.

 

  • Who do I contact in case of a repair work that needs done?
    • You can contact our property manager, Mr. Holdaway or another associate at 575-479-7173 and he will contact our contractors for urgent repair needs.
